Virtual Therapy in Oregon for Queer, Neurodivergent, and Anxious Adults

You don’t need to drive to Portland or hunt down a therapist who “gets it.” I offer virtual therapy for adults across Oregon—from Eugene to Bend to the most isolated coastlines.

Living in Oregon means you’re probably no stranger to intensity—internally or externally. Whether you’re navigating ecoanxiety, identity shifts, or the crushing pressure of just being a damn human right now, therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about showing up honestly, peeling back layers, and learning to live with more freedom and less shame.

I work with adults across Oregon who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, overwhelmed, or stuck in endless cycles of self-doubt. My work is trauma-responsive, humanistic, and deeply collaborative. My approach is incredibly flexible. We may use IFS to explore the parts of you that hold old pain, or ACT to help you move through anxiety without getting swallowed by it. And if you want something less traditional, I offer integrative supports—like Tarot-based reflection or grounding through nature, even meeting from my dock when the weather allows.

This is therapy for Oregonians who want something more conscious, more responsive, and more you.

  • Not at this time. I’m private pay only in Oregon, but I can provide a superbill if you want to try for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Yep. I work virtually with clients all across Oregon. Whether you’re in Portland or somewhere rural, if you have a decent internet connection, we’re good to go.

  • Absolutely. If you're into it, we can use Tarot for reflection or just let the natural world be part of the session by meeting while I’m sitting by the water.
