Virtual psychotherapy for Deep-Feeling, Neurodivergent, and Queer Alaskans.
Living in Alaska is intense—emotionally, environmentally, spiritually. Whether it’s isolation, long winters, limited access to mental health care, or feeling like no one around you really gets it… you deserve therapy that meets you where you are. Access to care can feel impossible, especially if you're queer, neurodivergent, or carrying trauma. I offer online therapy that’s designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re in Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, or way off the grid.
I offer virtual therapy to teens, adults, and couples all across Alaska who are navigating anxiety, trauma, eco-grief, queer identity, and being neurodivergent in a world that constantly misunderstands them. This is not fix-you therapy. It’s not performative or prescriptive. You don’t have to shrink or simplify yourself here.
My practice centers around trauma-responsiveness, humanistic care, and deep respect for who you are and how you move through the world. We can work with structured tools like CBT and DBT, or take a more intuitive path using IFS, ACT, and reflection practices like Tarot.
Some clients like to meet while I sit near the water—bringing in that grounding element when the weather and vibe are right. Therapy doesn’t need to be rigid to be effective. It just needs to be real.
If you’ve been looking for affirming, flexible, inclusive therapy in Alaska—this is it.

Not currently. Therapy is private pay in Alaska, but I’m happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

Yes, assuming you have decent internet access. I’ve worked with clients in remote areas—sessions are flexible, and we’ll work around your tech setup.

Absolutely. If you're into it, we can use Tarot for reflection or just let the natural world be part of the session by meeting while I’m sitting by the water.
